About Me
Hi, Thank you for visiting my blog. My name is Wolfgang Bloomfield, but I prefer to be called “Wolfie”. I live in sunny Tenerife, in the Canary Islands, in Spain. I moved over here around about 10 years ago, I couldn’t stand the weather in England any more, and as I had been playing in a band for about 12 years, I wanted to make my guitar playing my full time Job.
I formed a duo with the singer of our band, as I had convinced him that we could find full time work over here, with all the Bar´s, and Resturant´s that are here, and at the time we had there was plenty of tourist´s as well.
We had been here for about a week when due to family commitments he had go back to England. He asked me what I was going to do, and I said that I was staying. The only problem that I had was that I wasn´t a very good singer, so I practiced singing whilst playing my guitar,and I practiced non stop for about 4 months day and night.
It was strange really as I could sing harmony perfectly well, and that was the problem I could only sing harmonies. The choice I had to make was shall I go back to England, or should I lower my sights, and that´s what I did, I felt that I was only good enough to work as a Karaoke compare, and the extra ability of playing the guitar helped, as well as the fact that I was used to being on stage.
That kept me going for about 3 years, but I must admit that I did not like working until 4 in the morning seven nights a week, and people do the strangest of thing´s when they are off their heads with alcohol. Any way my boss did a runner, back to England as he had run up large depts on the bar, as the tourist trade took a big dip.
There was no work available for entertainer´s, so I found a job selling excursion´s which did me proud for another 3 years or so, until I lost my job again, because of a lack of tourists.
There was no point in looking for another job as there is no work here, but I could not stand the thought of moving back to England, so I broadened my horizons and decided to work on the Internet as an affiliate marketer. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be. I took several courses and wasted a ton of money trying to sell “make money online programs,” I still have that website and I am making money from it, but not a fortune.
I learn´t a lot about Seach Engine Optimisation and I now know how to go about things, so I have decided to set up this site selling Guitar lesson´s and have found the best programs available to promote. My passion has always been Guitar playing and music, but I also know that it is not easy to play guitar without first having some lessons, so now I feel happier knowing that I can help other people to achieve their goals in life.
I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope that you find what you are looking for on my site. I would like this website to be interactive and welcome comments and ideas, and hopefully this can become somewhere like minded people can exchange ideas.
